WebGUI FAQ : Troubleshooting : How do I use WebGUI on a nonstandard (not port 80) port?
	Of course httpd.conf needs to be Listening on the port. If I understand it correctly, the webgui.conf for your site should have sitename=site:port as I believe the conf file is used to present the sitename throughout WebGUI. wg-fomATgwyDOTorg
